Registrations 2015 Season

Registration Criteria

Once again we will be capping our graded teams at a maximum of 3 teams per age group. Please see below for the process/criteria

  • 1. Accept Re-Registration of existing players from 2013/2014 seasons from 18th November 2014 to 19th January 2015
  • 2. Accept new registrations of siblings of existing players from 18th November 2014  to 19th January 2015 . (Subject to availablity in age group and excludes transfers from other clubs)
  • 3. Create a waiting list of new players to rugby league from within the local area and existing players who have moved into the local area from 18th November 2014.   These players will get first option on any vacant positions available.
  • 4. Accept new registrations for new players to rugby league from within the local area and existing players who have moved into the local area on Wednesday 21st January 2015.  First priority will be to players on the waiting list mentioned in point 3.
  • 5.Transfers from other clubs will only be accepted on an as need basis once the above process has taken place.

 

2015 Registration Fees (until 31/12/14)

$100 for first child

$80 for second child

$40 for every child after

2015 Registration Fees (From 01/01/15)

$110 for first child

$90 for second child

$50 for every child after

Fees now include the referee’s fees so coaches/managers do not have to collect money for refs at each home game.

 

Re-registrations Existing Players from 2013/2014  (18/11/2014 to 19/01/2015)

Re-registration for existing players for the 2013/14 season are open from Tuesday18th November 2014 to Monday 18th January 2015. It is very important that you re-register before the closing date of 7pm Monday the 19th January because after this date we will only be accepting registrations if there are positions available in the age group requested, regardless of whether you played previously.  If you register and pay by the 31st December you will agvoid the fee increase which starts on the 01/01/2015

Please make sure you fill in “ALL” the details on the registration form and update any required changes.  Any problems please contact the club registrar.

The re-registrations and payments can be done on line via the following links and is quite an easy process. Attached are some instructions and screen shots to guide you through the process  Just request your username and password and enter your email address. Your log in and password will then be emailed to you. If you do not receive your email and password please contact the club registrar. registrar@valojuniors.com.au

New Registrations (21/01/2015)

Please not due to our ever increasing numbers we will only be accepting new registrations if there are positions available in the age group requested.  Any available positions will go to new kids to rugby league within the local area and existing players who recently moved into the area.  Transfers from other clubs will only be accepted on an as need basis as per the abovementioned criteria.  The club will not be accepting mass transfers from other clubs causing detriment to other clubs.  The new registrations will be open online from Wednesday 21st January 2015 or if you need access to a computer we will have them available at the club o the following date.

Thursday 22nd January 5pm to 7pm
